new goal

Okay gals, I need your support and help...I am starting a new goal: all water for 21 days. Recently, I have been on Diet Dr. Pepper overload. OVERLOAD. I just want to see how much weight I can loose. And if I really do feel healthier in the process. Also, I am weaning from my anxiety medication in preparation for baby #2 (SMILE!) and I need to be as caffiene free as possible. Please hold me accountable, ask me how its going, bother me.

P.S. I don't know why 21 days- it just popped in my head.
P.P.S. One time I tried this when I was 19 and I lost alot of weight...has anyone else ever tried this and been successful?

I was a diet coke-aholic and then when I was 8 months pregnant with Isaac I quit. I am so thankful and feel so much better! I tasted one recently and it tasted SO NASTY (and I'm not just saying that).

Warning: It may take longer than 21 days to kick the habit though :)
