Well, Scarlett has started to regect baby food-period. On one hand I am glad, on the other, I am thinking to myself "is she getting enough nutrients when she isn't eating her baby food?" I know the answer to that-NO. So, I have started to become more aware of what I cook, and learning how to sneakily add ingredients into our food to give our whole family the vitamins and protiens we need. On that note, I would like to welcome any recipes that you other fellow mommies or mommies to be have that are easy, delicous, and nutritious...and baby friendly!
Here is one I want to share that is really easy and yummy too:
Fake Baked Ziti
boil whole wheat ziti, drain
in a large baking dish add a layer of noodles, marinara, and mozzerella cheese
layer noodles and cheese again
top with parmesan cheese
bake at 350 until all melted
**you can add meat and veggies too if you like!

Audrey is the same way...so picky! I give her a vitamin every morning for my peace of mind.
